Raising up the Next Generation of Church Workers: The Holy Spirit often uses professional church workers and volunteer lay leaders to help lead young people to go into professional church work. This sectional will demonstrate the need for church workers and will give suggestions for how you can encourage the youth you know to consider such service. You will learn how God uses a variety of church workers, the education necessary for different types of service, and the resources available to young people who are considering full-time church work.
